Did you know we use different print methods?

All of our tee listings will now have the Print method we use to make our final products with. The print methods are Vinyl, White Toner, DTG(Direct to Garment) and Ultracolor Pro. We added tags with these different print methods so if you would like to see shirts made with White Toner just type White Toner in the search field.

Vinyl: We use this for 1-3 color designs. We take the design and cut it out of the vinyl material and put it on the tee and press it using our heat press. The vinyl material is soft and has a good amount of durability when the recommended wash methods are used. Advantages of this type of method is Vinyl comes in different style from Glitter, Hologram, Liquid Metallic, Glow in the Dark and Puff to name a few so if we were to print the same design using the different types you will have a completely different look.

White Toner: This method uses CMYK and great to print on Black Tees. All White toner designs are printed in house. The designs will have negative space making the design not feel plastic like some huge print and are durable.

DTG: This method of printing is used for full color/intricate designs. The design is printed directly on to the tee using water-based ink that is environmentally friendly.

Ultracolor Pro: This digital screen printed transfer is a hybrid full color transfer that combines digitally printed graphics with a screen print backing. UltraColor® Pro provides a clean edge, full color print, with a soft hand using plastisol ink.
